How can I find out what Graduate Recruitment Fairs and Events are taking place?

Graduate recruitment fairs take place at different times throughout the year. The last few months before Christmas are a popular time with fairs coinciding with the opening of many graduate recruitment schemes. If you are in your final year, do take note of the fact that many big employers start their recruitment process in October / November with the selection process running into the new year. Applicants may find they have job offers in place early in the new year, ready to start after they graduate in the summer. So, do not leave it too late to start looking.

The University of Bedfordshire Careers and Employability Service run a range of fairs throughout the year and these are advertised through the following communication channels:

Careers notice boards: by the Careers offices at Luton and Bedford campus (see location below)

Online careers portal: https://careersonline.beds.ac.uk  (login with your usual student id - when you login for the first time, please edit your profile to indicate how you would like to use the portal (this allows you to specify if you would like to receive automated email notifications about job opportunities and events).
