How to pay your course fees

Payment methods and instalment plan information

It is easier to organise payment of your fees in advance of registration. The University accepts payments only in £ Sterling.

Payment by Credit/Debit Card

Payment is accepted via most major credit or debit cards.

Payment online via e:Vision

Login and pay online via your e:Vision account

If you do not have an e:Vision account or have lost your username/password please contact the Student Information Desk at the University by logging an enquiry or visiting the desk on your campus. Alternatively, if you wish to pay in advance over the telephone, you can call the Finance Department on

Payment by Bank Transfer

The University's bank details are as follows:

All correspondence should contain your full name and student reference number.

Please keep your receipt and details of your bank transfer in a safe place and bring them with you when you register.

Payment by Bankers Draft

Please make bank drafts payable to The University of Bedfordshire with your name, address and student reference number clearly displayed on the back. Prior to registration bank drafts can be posted to the following address or brought with you to registration.

You must allow sufficient time for your banker's drafts and bank transfers to reach us prior to your arrival. Your receipt can be collected from the Campus Centre.

Payment by Direct Debit or Standing Order

All students are encouraged to pay their fees in full at or before registration. A minimum of 65% must be paid before your registration can be completed.

If your tuition fees are not paid in full at or before registration you will need to make arrangements for the balance to be paid when you register. This can be done via the University's installment plan, please see FAQ 763.

The University regrets to advise students that we are not able to accept payment by American Express or Diners Club cards.
