Details of each candidates' room and seat number for any Luton examination are displayed 24 hours prior to the start of examinations at the Park Square Campus.

If you cannot find your name on the list you should go to the relevant Exams Office at least 30 minutes before the exam is due to start. This is to obtain a permission slip to sit the exam. If it is a morning exam the Exams Office may not be open earlier than 30 minutes before. There is an Exams Office at each major exam venue.

After the exam you should go to your Faculty Office. This is to enable them to check your records to ascertain that your details are correct and you are registered on your course.

It is the student's responsibility to check the timetable and ensure that they are registered for their exams, so please take action as soon as you realise you are not on list.
