Preparation is an important factor when attending assessment centres which may include face-to-face interviews, selection tests and group activities with other candidates. Taking some practice tests in advance will allow you to have a go at answering questions in a specified time frame and improve your ability to respond to them quickly. It also gives you an idea of what to expect on the day. Preparing for the interview is equally important; online resources will offer tips and advice on how to answer questions.
