My Turnitin/Electronic Management System (EMS) link is not working. What can I do?


You should e-mail your tutor to inform him/her that you cannot submit your work through the link. Tutors are responsible for setting up the links, and these cannot be altered by SiD or other support staff.

You can apply for mitigating circumstances if you have evidence confirming that there was an error when you attempted to submit. Please read FAQ 26 for further information on how to apply for mitigating circumstances. You should take a screenshot of the page error when attempting to submit your work and attach this evidence to your mitigating circumstances claim.
