The Student Information Desk is open on weekdays throughout the year, with the exception of public/bank holidays and University holidays. The latter fall mainly between Christmas and New Year and around Easter, and we advertise these closures on Facebook and Twitter, and also in our email responses. We are not open on weekends.

Campus Centre Level 1: Term time 09:00 - 18:00; Vacation periods 09:00 - 17:00
Campus Centre Level 2: 09:00 - 17:00

Butterfield: Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 17:00; Friday 09:00 - 16:30


Bedford

Polhill Hub: Term time 09:00 - 18:00; Vacation periods 09:00 - 17:00


Aylesbury

Oxford House: Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 17:00; Friday 09:00 - 16:30

We are available on the telephone (0300 300 0042) between 09:00 and 17:00 on weekdays, and you can log enquiries on SiD Online 24/7, including when the University is closed, although you will need to wait until working hours for a response. See FAQ 598 for Library opening times.
