In order to have your letter/transcript collected by another person, you must follow the steps below:
- 1) If you have logged an enquiry on SiD Online, emailed from your student email account, or emailed from a personal account that is on your student record, we will need to see a copy of the student ID or passport of the person who is collecting your letter/transcript. Please upload this onto the enquiry.
- 2) If you are emailing from an email account we do not recognise, you will need to follow step 1), and upload a copy of your own ID or passport.
In addition to the above steps, the person collecting the letter/transcript will need to quote your enquiry number - this can be found in the subject line of the enquiry. When you have followed these steps we can release the letter to your nominated representative.
Please note that if someone comes to collect a letter/transcript and these steps have not been followed, the letter/transcript will not be issued.
