Student Engagement Advisors provide confidential and impartial support and advice for students facing complex or multiple difficulties which might be affecting their studies or impacting on their general engagement with their course. In particular Student Engagement Advisors support students who are considering suspending/deferring studies or withdrawing from their course altogether. They work with students to resolve any difficulties they are facing wherever this is possible. They provide advice and guidance to students on the various options available to them, the implications of these options, and the processes involved once a decision is made.
