Why can't I renew my books?

Check your library account, you will be unable to renew your items if you have:

  • books that have been reserved by another customer
  • outstanding fines/bill  or a block on your account
  • had 20 renewals
If you try to renew an item that has been reserved by someone else the system will say: "Reserved by another customer please return" If you try to renew an item that has been renewed more than 20 times the system will say: "Too many renewals only 20 are allowed"
