The contract is for a minimum of 42 or 50 weeks, depending on your contract and if you leave early you will still be liable for the full total weeks’ rent.It may be possible to release you from your contract if we are able to find a suitable replacement for your room. You will need to go to either Lea Halls or Fitzroy Court where you will need to ask for a 'request to leave’ form. The form must be completed and submitted before you can be considered for release from your contract.
Once accommodation have these forms they will review.
