PAL Leaders are experienced students who have 'been there, done it and got the t-shirt'.

They have the vital insider knowledge about what it takes to be a successful 1st year student at the University of Bedfordshire.

As an experienced student who has already been through the first year and survived it, you will be in a unique position to pass on your wisdom, experiences and tips to those who are new to the university. Having successfully progressed from level 4 to level 5 students will either be recommended by their ACC/PAL leaders or apply online at www.beds.ac.uk/pal

Following a successful interview a mandatory 2 day training session must be completed prior to being able to facilitate sessions.
