If you are unable to attend the ceremony, you will need to log on to e:Vision and select the option which says you will not be attending your ceremony. If the ceremony is in the immediate future or has already passed, you can request that your certificate is posted. Please email the Graduation team at graduation@beds.ac.uk including your full name, student ID number and the address to which the certificate should be sent. Certificates will be sent out by Recorded Delivery after the ceremonies have taken place.If your are an international student you will still need to complete a permission form at SiD before you go home. It is possible to request delivery by DHL for a charge. Please contact the office for details.

Please note: a third person cannot collect your certificate on your behalf.
