In this situation there are several options:
SiD Online: this enables you to submit an enquiry online. You can also upload files with your enquiry; great if you are looking for feedback on your CV, covering letter or personal statement. On receipt of your enquiry we will allocate it to an Employability Adviser for action - you should expect a response within 3 working days.
Live Chat: This service allows you to get an instant response to your enquiry. Availability is curretly limited but there is an offline email facility through which you can submit your enquiry when the service is offline.
