I’m sitting my exam remotely and need help. What should I do?


You MUST contact exams@beds.ac.uk as soon as possible to alert the team of your issue. This must be done DURING your exam and not after the upload deadline, as the Exams team cannot offer support after this time.

When you email the exams team, include as much of the following information as possible (please use your University of Bedfordshire email address if you can):

  • Full Name (as stated on your ID card)
  • Student ID Number
  • Unit Code
  • Course
  • Location of Study

Once your email has been received, a member of our team will reach out to offer support.

Please don't worry, all exams have an additional 30 minutes included in their run time to allow for technical issues to be resolved during the exam.
