Outlook has replaced Gmail for student email.

Student email accounts were switched over from Google http://mail.study.beds.ac.uk/ to Outlook http://outlook.beds.ac.uk/ on Thursday 1st August 2019.

The email addresses themselves remain the same and have not changed. This is usually in the format of firstname.lastname@study.beds.ac.uk

Since the new system went live, emails are only delivered to the new Outlook account.

You will still be able to access your old Google account, but will not receive any new emails in Google after that. You will also not be able to send emails from your old Google account.
