The Student Information Desk (SiD) will use your information to log and process your enquiries in order to resolve them and provide support throughout your studies. We may hold personal details and any documentation relating to your applications for mitigation, Access to Learning Fund or Appeals that you may have provided in order to process and assess your application. All data will be processed in accordance with the University’s Privacy Policy and retention periods.

Your data is only shared with third parties with your consent i.e. for references and for reporting purposes.
