FAQ 1064
How do students log on to E-Vision?

E-Vision is a user-friendly web interface powered by data from the University of Bedfordshire SITS

Student records system. It is used by both students and staff across the

University.

It allows

students to access information essential to their

studies such as viewing their results. All registered students have access to eVision.

Returning Students:

Returning  students to the University of Bedfordshire should be able to log into the registration process using your e:Vision log in. This is the same log in as they had for the last academic year.

If a student was current and they suspended or deferred their studies they will need to be registred so you will need to let us know via partnersupport@beds.ac.uk or chose the Log a new enquiry option and tell us.

New Students:

New student to the University of Bedfordshire then you will have to follow the following login details:

Web link: www.beds.ac.uk/sits

Username: Student number (Your student number can be found on any documentation you have received from us)

Password: Date of birth in eight digit format. For example, if you were born on the 3rd of September 1985 then your password would be 03091985.

When a student logs in for  the first time they will be asked to change your password. It is advised that this should not be their date of birth, and they should make sure tthat it is something that they will be able to remember.

If a student has fogotten their password or it does not work then the Student Information Desk (SiD) can reset this.  Students can contact SiD directly to request this by email sid@beds.ac.uk or you can log an enquiry on the Collaborative Partner Support system or email partnersupport@beds.ac.uk and we will ask SiD to do this for you.
